I've spent ten years founding, operating, and scaling an independent agricultural enterprise in Piedmont, managing organic vegetable, fruit, egg, and cheese production from sourcing through outbound distribution.

I owned budgets and supplier relationships, negotiated contracts, controlled costs, and applied management engineering principles to crop planning, animal care, resource allocation, and ecological practices. I also recruited and coordinated more than 400 international volunteers over ten years, balancing schedules, task allocation, cross-cultural communication, and changing seasonal priorities.

Before that, at GS1 Italy, I coordinated EDI projects and standards across Italy and Europe, working with retailers including Esselunga, Auchan, Carrefour, Metro, Lidl, and Coop, as well as manufacturers such as P&G, Barilla, Nestlé, Mars, and Ferrero.

I'm now relocating and looking to bring my hands-on operational, logistics, systems, and team-coordination experience to a structured management environment.
