At Signant Health, I manage complex technical and access-related incidents in regulated clinical trial systems, owning tickets through resolution while meeting SLA commitments.

I conduct root cause analyses, handle Quality Events, contribute to CAPA investigations and documentation, and act as an escalation point for high-impact cases. I work closely with Project Management, Data Management, and Engineering teams to identify systemic risks and improve workflows.

After progressing from Junior Technical Support Specialist, I built experience in account administration, access reviews, compliance reporting, incident investigation, stakeholder communication, and customized client reporting.

Earlier L1 support roles strengthened my hands-on experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, Citrix, TeamViewer, Exchange administration, Microsoft Intune, MFA, RSA Security, and VMware Horizon. My previous operations leadership experience also developed my accountability, team coordination, and customer-resolution approach.
