What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end post-sale support, resolve complex cases under pressure, and contribute to fraud prevention and customer policy compliance.

I manage end-to-end post-venda for Apple Web at TELEPERFORMANCE / MAJOREL, coordinating customers with logistics to resolve complex order issues, handle cancellations, and manage replacements.

I also supported fraud prevention by contacting customers and analyzing transactions to verify the legitimacy of purchases, while keeping quality and policy compliance in fast, international support environments.
