What I'm looking for

I want to lead cross-functional delivery where I can translate business needs into technical plans, run Agile (Jira/Trello), and keep UX and engineering aligned—shipping reliable outcomes early. I’m especially excited by AI/AR products built with strong client collaboration.

I’m a technical project manager who has built what I now lead, with experience across front-end development, UI/UX design, and full project delivery. I scope work teams can actually ship, set timelines that hold, and keep clients, designers, and engineers aligned through Agile execution.

At IBM, I led an 11-person cross-functional team (engineering, AI/data, design) to deliver an AI traffic-optimisation system for a U.S. government client over 7 months—owning scope, planning, deployment, and shipping a week early. I also ran a parallel AR build for an international client, served as the single point of contact between clients and the team, and drove planning/tracking (Jira & Trello), translating business needs into clear technical requirements—while achieving a 5% signal-response lift in pilot testing.
