I'm looking to improve production reliability through observability, incident response, automation, and operational support, while reducing repeated issues and helping teams resolve problems quickly.

At Cognizant Technology Solutions supporting Agero, I lead high-priority production incident response across ServiceNow, Incident.io, Blameless, and PagerDuty. I helped reduce MTTR by 40% through faster triage and telemetry-driven diagnostics while improving MTTD with proactive alerting.

I'm the Datadog SME, advising engineering leadership on observability strategy, platform adoption, alert health, reliability metrics, and error-budget trends. I design and maintain dashboards, alerts, APM, logs, metrics, notebooks, synthetic tests, and Splunk observability for proactive application and infrastructure monitoring.

I automate Datadog and Splunk agent maintenance with scripts and AWS SSM, reducing manual effort by 60%, and use Terraform to deliver consistent monitoring and infrastructure changes. I also support on-call operations, post-deployment validation, runbooks, SOPs, and recovery automation to reduce toil and improve operational readiness.
