What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can hold group spaces and manage workflows while contributing to research and process organization. I want to work with people, support development, and keep improving through feedback and structured coordination.

I am a second year BSc Psychology EDUCATION student, and I’m focused on building operational and relational skills. I’m particularly drawn to roles that involve holding group spaces, managing workflows, research, and working with people for process organization.

In education and student leadership, I’ve trained and coached others through structured communication. As a Debate Coach at Beaconhouse College, I trained students in debate, public speaking, policy analysis, and structured argumentation—leading to awards across university-level MUNs—while also facilitating weekly training and post-event reflection spaces.

I also bring hands-on project management and content creation experience. I co-founded and directed BeaconMUN across four conferences—logistics, team coordination, outreach, marketing, and academics—while curating the leading student body and supporting participants with academic and logistical skill development. Along the way, I aided 100+ students with their educational and personal trials and tribulations voluntarily.

Across research and operational work, I support teams with documentation, planning, and mentorship. As a company assistant (Private Canvas), I conducted trade research to support decision-making, assisted with whitepaper writing and report preparation, and managed document flow and operational task tracking for a small team. I’ve also worked as a Research Mentor with the Youth Neuropsychology Research Mentorship Programme, supporting a student-led research and coding project examining dementia as a global public health concern.
