Jenna Lichter
@jennalichter
I am an educational leader focused on assessment, program evaluation, and trauma-informed adult and higher education instruction.
What I'm looking for
I am a Ph.D.-trained educator in Educational Leadership and Higher Education with extensive experience teaching in higher education, community colleges, and corrections settings. My work spans adjunct faculty roles across multiple universities and adult/basic education instruction.
My scholarship includes a dissertation on the history of federally-mandated educational assessments from A Nation at Risk to No Child Left Behind, and I regularly teach research, assessment, and data analysis courses. I hold a TEFL certification (2025) and teach ESL in both college and correctional settings.
In administrative and supervisory roles I served as assistant principal, testing services supervisor, and educational transitions coordinator, designing re-entry plans and supervising staff to support student success. I have been part of accreditation teams and institutional committees focused on student affairs and orientation.
I am committed to trauma-informed practice and community engagement, organizing and presenting at conferences, and facilitating professional development that links assessment, equity, and practical student-support strategies.
