In my most recent role as a Business Intelligence Program Coordinator, I co-lead an Agile BI team delivering scalable reporting solutions and data pipelines across Tableau and PowerBI, serving 1,250+ monthly users. I coordinate end-to-end delivery across 100+ concurrent dashboards by sequencing dependencies and escalating critical risks to leadership early to minimize delays, while partnering with engineering, data science, and operations to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Previously, as a Technical Program Manager at Amplify Consulting Partners, I managed full-lifecycle delivery of data warehouse and ETL infrastructure projects, building project plans, dependency maps, and roadmaps across parallel workstreams. Before that, as an IT Project Manager / Applications Specialist, I led end-to-end data migration from on-premises ERP to cloud platforms, including cutover planning, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination—plus validation through data acceptance plans and milestone success metrics.
