I’m currently working as a Dayporter for KPM Property Management, where I manage and maintain the surrounding property of Front Range Village Shopping center. I focus on tackling obstacles like horticultural anomalies and debris so the plaza stays clean and enjoyable for shoppers.

Earlier, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Press One Call Center, providing direct customer support for patrons of the Roanoke Times and Greensboro New & Records. I handled troubleshooting for deliveries and subscription issues via telephone, and I also worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Stratus Building Solutions with cold calling and appointment setting.

I bring a strong computer background through my AAS in Computer Science and hands-on experience with tools for both productivity and creative work. Whether it’s office software or digital composition and video production programs, I’m dependable, a strong team player, and I aim to support organizational goals through responsive, active listening.
