What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote or international Integration Support, Application Support, WMS/OMS Support, Logistics Technology, Supply Chain Systems, or Technical Support opportunities supporting logistics and supply-chain operations.

I'm currently supporting customer onboarding and workflow setup at JP Enterprises, connecting WMS and OMS platforms with warehouse, order, and customer systems.

I configure integrations and synchronize shipping manifests, inventory counts, tracking information, and order data across ERP, WMS, and OMS environments. I also support Shopify, Faire, eBay, WooCommerce, and other third-party platform connections.

I investigate daily integration error tickets, troubleshoot data-flow and inter-system communication issues, and create order-management rules around customer requirements. My work helps keep order processing accurate and reliable.

Based in Ahmedabad, I bring hands-on logistics technology, warehouse operations, inventory, shipment coordination, and customer support experience. I'm open to remote international opportunities and relocation for the right supply-chain systems role.
