What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into Product, where I can build AI products for real users, analyze customer problems, collaborate closely with Engineering, and iterate using real-world usage data.

I built and shipped an AI speech-coaching product used by 70+ students, integrating OpenAI Whisper transcription with GPT-4 feedback. I tested it across 23 dialects, reached 92% transcription and feedback accuracy, and iterated from real usage data.

At Rippling’s Global Payroll team, I analyze client cases, identify product and UI issues, and turn findings into prioritized JIRA reports for Engineering. I’ve also built full-stack forecasting and biometric verification products and researched improved matrix computations for finite element analysis.
