Siddhesh started where most designers learn the hard way—by transforming legacy systems that weren't built for people. When he redesigned a decades-old WinForms platform into a modern web experience, he didn't just move pixels around. He built from scratch, talked to actual users, and created systems that made workflows measurably faster.
