I’m looking to lead strategic project and program delivery in banking/fintech, driving regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and customer experience. I want a role where Lean Six Sigma rigor and strong executive stakeholder alignment directly impact outcomes.

I’m a strategic, results-oriented Project & Program leader with 18+ years of experience in banking, operations, and enterprise transformation. I’m Lean Six Sigma Black Belt–trained, and I focus on improving how work gets executed—through operational excellence, process optimization, and measurable business outcomes.

At Axis Bank, I’ve led end-to-end delivery of strategic projects for debit card products, aligning business, IT, and senior leadership. I spearheaded regulatory, compliance, and audit-driven initiatives to ensure “zero non-compliance observations,” owned the full project lifecycle (BRD development, planning, risk management, closure), and set up governance frameworks to improve project visibility and decision-making.

I also drove adoption of the Samadhan project management tool across business units and built executive dashboards and MIS reporting frameworks for leadership insights. In parallel, I supported digital transformation initiatives with Axis AMC, including CRM and digital asset revamp, while directing cross-functional teams through executive reviews and cadence meetings.

Earlier, at HDFC Bank (QIG), I led enterprise-level process improvement for retail banking products using Lean methodologies like Kaizen, Gemba, and benchmarking, delivering system enhancements that improved customer communication and service delivery. Before that, at Datamatics, I led Six Sigma initiatives as a Green Belt, transitioned manual processes into CRM platforms, and mentored Green Belt and Yellow Belt professionals; I also managed a team of 15 quality associates. My customer service foundation at TCS and IBM Daksh sharpened my focus on quick resolution, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction—recognized through awards like Star of the Month and Best Associate of the Year.
