At Axis Bank, I’ve led end-to-end delivery of strategic projects for debit card products, aligning business, IT, and senior leadership. I spearheaded regulatory, compliance, and audit-driven initiatives to ensure “zero non-compliance observations,” owned the full project lifecycle (BRD development, planning, risk management, closure), and set up governance frameworks to improve project visibility and decision-making.
I also drove adoption of the Samadhan project management tool across business units and built executive dashboards and MIS reporting frameworks for leadership insights.
