What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer support role where I can use my independent work style, clear communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage customer interactions reliably across flexible hours.

I've run an independent retail business since 2017, managing every customer interaction, transaction, stock decision, pricing task, and daily operation without supervision.

I resolve customer queries and complaints calmly, handle cash transactions and end-of-day reconciliation with zero discrepancies, and maintain accurate daily records. Running the business independently has strengthened my organisation, self-discipline, problem-solving, and ability to deliver consistent service remotely.

Alongside retail, I provided one-to-one Maths and Physical Sciences tutoring, planning personalised lessons, tracking progress, and communicating clearly with parents in English, Sesotho, and isiZulu.
