At Aurochs Software, I manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to HR interviews and coordination with technical panels. I also use Freshteam ATS to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling.
I manage onboarding, employee records, attendance, and HR queries, and conduct POSH and Communication Protocol training for new joiners. I also support payroll and compliance documentation, employee engagement, and updates to HR policies.
During my internships at Aurochs Software and Goken India, I assisted with recruitment and onboarding, maintained HR records, and supported employee engagement. At Goken India, I completed a Trello-to-Lever ATS migration project and created Power BI HR dashboards.
