I'm seeking a dynamic organization where I can use my leadership and technical skills to deliver innovative solutions, drive excellence, and achieve strategic objectives.

At DBS Singapore, I led four teams of 12 developers delivering corporate and retail risk models, including regional, wealth management, AIRB, climate risk, stress testing, watchlist prediction, and credit risk models. I also served as subject matter expert for the Credit Scoring Model application, supporting 88 applications that generate risk ratings and probability of default.

I've built end-to-end machine-learning pipelines from vendor-data ingestion and ETL through model creation and lifecycle management, using Spring Boot, Python, Flask, PySpark, Spark SQL, Java, R, PCF, and OpenShift. Across DBS, Western Union, JetBlue, and British Telecom engagements, I've led migrations from TIBCO to Spring Boot, Python, and PySpark, coached teams, implemented Agile and CI/CD practices, and delivered over 200 applications.
