At JPMorgan Chase, I owned quality and delivery strategy for a campaign analytics platform, tracing campaign KPIs from source queries to the user interface and building dashboards that gave nontechnical leaders diagnostic visibility. Jenkins CI/CD integration helped reach about 85% sprint automation coverage and cut release cycles by about 40%.

I'm now building hands-on data engineering and analytics projects, including a dbt pipeline that identified that the top 10% of senders drive 61% of transfer volume. I’m also developing agentic AI validation systems and pursuing executive education in Strategic Leadership with AI at Singapore Management University.
