What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administration or operations role where I can coordinate teams, strengthen records and financial controls, manage payroll or procurement processes, and support efficient implementation across office or remote operations.

I've managed administration, payroll, procurement, banking, budgeting, and operational records for organisations including Zonful Energy, ZUPCO, Empire Ice & Water, and Princetex International Consultancy. At ZUPCO, I processed payroll for more than 3,000 employees, resolved salary and bank queries, and produced wage bill and outstanding salary reports.

I'm currently coordinating remote district teams at Zonful Energy, communicating Head Office directives, monitoring implementation, maintaining client records, and recruiting and training coordinators as the company expands into new areas. I bring practical experience in financial administration, reconciliations, stock control, reporting, ODK data collection, and Microsoft Excel.
