I'm a licensed Georgia real estate professional currently serving as Leasing Manager for Westside Future Fund's 268-unit, 13-property portfolio with Integral Property Management. I've streamlined leasing and move-in processes, worked an affordable-housing waitlist of more than 300 people, and leased two new-construction buildings under ALURA guidelines.

Previously, I supported lease-up and renovation activity at Flats on Maple Street and Northside Plaza, coordinating resident transfers into renovated units and creating marketing materials and leasing events to drive traffic. I also managed resident services and reported leasing updates and future leasing intentions directly to ownership.

My background includes Section 8 Housing Specialist work with Nan McKay & Associates, where I processed recertifications, interim requests, dwelling changes, and rent increases within required timeframes. I bring experience across Section 8, PHA, LIHTC, affordable housing, subsidy, market-rate housing, and One App Guarantee programs.
