I'm looking for customer operations, onboarding, or customer success roles where I can lead service teams, improve digital journeys, resolve complex customer needs, and partner across Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.

At SBI Cap Securities, I lead end-to-end NRI Demat customer onboarding, supporting account setup, documentation, compliance checks, and digital onboarding journeys. I onboard 2,000+ NRI customers annually while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

I work closely with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Business teams to resolve implementation issues, reduce rejections, and expand services such as Mutual Fund investment capabilities for NRI customers.

Previously at Kotak Mahindra Bank, I led a team of 18 customer service professionals supporting NRI customers across India. I managed escalations, service recovery, SLA delivery, performance reviews, MIS dashboards, and service scorecards.

Across banking operations and technical support, I’ve used customer feedback, trend analysis, training, and process improvements to strengthen service consistency, team capability, and customer outcomes.
