What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead client-facing financial analytics and data operations work where I can improve reporting, automate processes, grow accounts, and develop high-performing teams.

At Decimal Point Analytics, I lead client-facing analytics engagements for Asset Management and BFSI clients, owning delivery, escalations, account growth, reporting frameworks, KPI tracking, and dashboards.

I've led and mentored a 10+ member Private Equity Analytics team, strengthened data governance through SOPs and CAPA tracking, and improved reporting turnaround through Excel and VBA automation. I also coordinate across analytics, operations, and finance teams to maintain data accuracy, reconciliation, SLA adherence, and audit readiness.

Earlier, I supported Fitch Ratings financial analysis across life, non-life, and reinsurance companies, and built hands-on accounting experience across bookkeeping, reconciliations, compliance, payroll, and statutory audits.
