At Pethkar Builders, I established contract-management and compliance-tracking processes that became the in-house legal team's standard. I draft, review, and negotiate construction and vendor agreements, and maintain documentation for RERA submissions and litigation-related filings.
I also vet construction agreements, vendor bills, and site records for litigation and compliance use. I coordinate with internal teams on legal notes, affidavits, and procedural applications for court and regulatory workflows.
As a Legal Associate – Criminal & Contract Law with Adv. Gaurav Mishra, I supported High Court criminal litigation by drafting and reviewing writ petitions, bail applications, and quashing applications under Section 482 CrPC. My research covered evidence admissibility, investigation irregularities, and forensic procedure.
My independent, faculty-guided research examined wrongful prosecution and compensation under Section 250 CrPC and Sections 357 & 357A CrPC. I also prepared legal notes on forensic procedure, digital evidence, and fair-investigation standards. I’m AIBE-qualified and an LL.M. candidate specializing in Law, Policy and Good Governance at Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
