Anamika Tomar

I am a law graduate with an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution and practical experience in litigation, legal drafting, and contract management. My professional journey began with internships across litigation chambers, regulatory bodies, and legal institutions, where I developed a strong foundation in court procedures, legal research, and drafting of notices, pleadings, and agreements.

I later joined Shreeji Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd., initially as a Legal Intern from January to May 2024, and subsequently continued in a legal role. In this capacity, I have handled matters relating to civil, criminal, labour, and regulatory disputes, assisted in court proceedings, coordinated with advocates, and supported internal teams on compliance and documentation. I have been actively involved in drafting and vetting contracts, legal notices, replies, rejoinders, and case-related documents, as well as maintaining litigation records and case updates.

Alongside corporate legal work, I am associated with a litigation practice where I assist in drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and briefing advocates across various matters. I have also participated in legal aid initiatives and Lok Adalats, which strengthened my understanding of dispute resolution and client-focused legal solutions.

My core interests lie in litigation management, legal drafting, dispute resolution, and compliance-oriented advisory work. I am particularly interested in roles that allow me to combine courtroom exposure with strategic legal support to organizations. I value structured legal processes, ethical practice, and continuous learning, and I am keen to grow within a dynamic legal department where my skills can contribute to effective risk management and legal efficiency.
