At BillDesk, I own product development for merchant-facing payment solutions across the payment lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through UAT and go-live. I built and launched the Offers Engine, which lets merchants configure and manage discounts and promotional campaigns.
I also led implementation of Static QR and Challan-based payment solutions, and delivered a Merchant Database Management solution to streamline merchant onboarding and management. My work includes merchant UAT, production readiness, and go-live activities.
At Disprz.ai, I led solution consulting for enterprise customers, translating business requirements and use cases into product solutions. I designed functional and technical solutions and supported customers through sales and implementation, including demonstrations and POCs.
At GEP, I gathered requirements, performed gap analysis, and prepared solution scopes, RFP responses, and POCs. Earlier, as a Systems Engineer at TATA ConsultancyServices, I worked across the SDLC and supported application testing, deployment, and production support.
