At Siemens – Team HR Services Pvt. Ltd., I contributed to two SAP-to-Workday transitions in Nigeria and Algeria, providing initial requirements and taking part in sandbox testing. I also investigated post-migration personal-data issues for a South Africa client, tracing causes and tracking them through resolution.

I built and presented Power BI dashboards for monthly reporting across four African markets and six clients. I also automated leave and absence work in Excel and Python, saving an estimated 30–40 hours a month combined.

I redesigned the Ivory Coast leave and absence process as its sole owner and calculated statutory holiday entitlement and pay, working with the team on legal interpretation. In my MSc project with HACE, I individually owned desk-based market and sector research for an international expansion recommendation.
