I've analysed live operational and customer-service data at CG Power and Industrial Solutions, where I examined 204 service tickets and identified that approximately 48% were over one year old to support prioritisation discussions.

I also designed and validated a bilingual employee satisfaction survey for a 2,000+ employee workforce, combining feedback, interviews and vendor terms into a structured SWOT analysis and seven-phase improvement framework.

At TDK Electronics India, I cleaned and standardised 300+ employee records and built Excel dashboards for workforce reporting, engagement analysis, competency mapping and performance evaluation.

I'm pursuing an MSc in Business Analytics & Artificial Intelligence at Warwick Business School and build Python, SQL and Power BI projects spanning churn prediction, healthcare operations, retail analytics and network anomaly detection. My published churn research achieved 0.92 AUC with XGBoost across 20,000+ customers.
