I am a customer success and security-focused leader with a track record of aligning technical solutions to business needs and driving measurable outcomes. I have led client engagements, post-sales processes, and lifecycle programs across enterprise accounts, improving retention and satisfaction.

Throughout my career I have managed and mentored cross-functional teams, streamlined PMO and delivery workflows, and produced executive reporting to inform strategy and resourcing. My achievements include improving customer satisfaction scores, increasing adoption of security services, and delivering high-volume security assessments with consistent SLA compliance.
