What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and international hiring where I can manage candidate pipelines, support stakeholders, and grow my HR analytics and workforce-planning capabilities.

I've managed full-cycle recruitment at Trueblue India LLP, sourcing and placing blue-collar and skilled workers for international clients across global markets.

I screen, shortlist, and interview candidates against workforce needs, negotiate job offers, and manage candidate expectations through successful placement.

I use applicant tracking systems for candidate tracking, pipeline reporting, and audit compliance while maintaining regular hiring updates with international stakeholders. I also supported customer service and cold calling for PEOPLE-READY.

I'm pursuing an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing and bring SPSS-based research experience through a state-wide mental health survey of college students. My work is grounded in recruitment operations, stakeholder communication, and workforce planning.
