At Speed, I analyze crypto wallet and payment journeys using transaction data, SQL, and product analytics tools. I investigate chargebacks, conversions, and other operational questions, then share findings with Product, Engineering, and QA.
I contributed domain feedback during the creation of Speed’s AI support layer and now serve as its sole production maintainer. As ticket volume grew up to 10x, response time improved by ~40%; I also handle chargeback filing and reconciliation, release validation, and feature documentation.
In my product projects, I defined MATHLAB’s student-first MVP and designed practice-funnel and business KPIs. I also built a crypto airdrop and points-farming command center concept to bring campaign information and wallet progress into one dashboard.
