Previously at Expedia Group, I led the end-to-end Air Change post-booking experience across Chat and Voice, expanding self-service and AI capabilities while reducing operational costs. I also coordinated product, technology, and partner teams to create a more unified traveler experience across Meta, affiliate, SEM, and paid social channels.

My work combines product strategy with technical depth in platforms, APIs, integrations, experimentation, and observability. I led the vision for Haystack, Expedia Group's internal and open-source distributed diagnostics platform, building alignment across internal teams and external partners.

I began my career in software engineering at Expedia Group and MakeMyTrip, building A/B testing frameworks, travel-content workflows, backend CRM capabilities, and deployment automation. I bring 12+ years of experience translating complex operational and business needs into scalable product roadmaps.
