I’ve also engineered 43+ interactive ROI estimators and operational audit tools across 8 industry verticals to help operations decision-makers act faster and with more clarity. On the AI side, I built an AI-powered RAG Knowledge Base Chatbot with vector search and enterprise documentation retrieval for intelligent Q&A, real-time information access, structured extraction, and automated summarization.

I care about reliability in real operations, so I built event-driven, webhook-triggered automation flows with multi-step conditional logic, data transformation, and fault-tolerant error handling—reducing average process turnaround time by 60%. Outside work, I’ve shipped end-to-end product projects like a CrewAI multi-agent engineering workflow platform (FastAPI orchestration, local LLM execution, and deployable endpoints), a FastAPI URL shortener with multi-layer threat detection and GPT-4.1-mini risk explanations, and a quick-commerce RCA agent using LangGraph/LangChain with SQL analytics tools and documentation-aware responses.
