Shreya Raja
@shreyaraja
I build profitable homeware and stationery ranges from concept to launch.
What I'm looking for
I've built home accessories, lifestyle and stationery ranges from market gap to launch across Sazy, Papier, Made.com and Marks & Spencer.
At Sazy, I created an all-round offer across tableware, home textiles and décor, developed 130+ SKUs each season, lifted department margin from 55% to 65%, and contributed to 124% year-on-year business growth to a £2.1m run rate.
At Papier, I owned end-to-end stationery product lifecycles across DTC, wholesale and Amazon, working to a £26m FY24 budget and helping build wholesale ranges for retailers including Anthropologie, Target, Liberty and Selfridges.
I bring hands-on product development, range planning, supplier negotiation and critical-path management, with a detail-led approach that keeps customers, quality and sustainable choices at the centre of decisions.
