Managed all home accessories and lifestyle categories from the ground up, growing SKU counts and building a new all-round offer across tableware, home textiles and décor. Contributed to +124% year-on-year company revenue growth, reaching a £2.1m run rate, while lifting department margin from 55% to 65%.

Managed a wide range of product across multiple channels: DTC, wholesale and Amazon. Owned the end-to-end product lifecycle and range planning around key selling periods, working to a £26m FY24 budget and margin targets.

Managed a 580-SKU range plus 230 SKUs in development, overseeing significant category growth of +50% vs last year. Developed department strategies, wrote briefs, and managed the critical path to launch product on time.

Bought and managed two ranges (Fancy Dress-up and Sunglasses), negotiating prices to meet and exceed margin and owning the critical path from tech pack through approvals, fits and system development to store input. Worked collaboratively with designers, merchandisers and technologists to develop the ranges.

Assembled wall installations from architectural drawings, using tiling, painting, upholstery and sewing techniques.

Planned lessons and taught classes of up to 36 children aged 5–12.

Sourced and negotiated book titles for exhibitions and general sale, raising POs and managing supplier payments.

Opened and set up the shop, briefed staff on new and exhibition product, and built creative, theme-led displays.

BA (Hons) Architecture with RIBA Part 1 from the University of Brighton, completed in 2012.

Completed A Levels in Geography, Design Technology, and Mathematics, along with GCSEs.
