Lead delivery across concurrent US engagements, directing teams of up to 17 engineers, and own target-state architecture, KPI standardisation and semantic-model governance end to end. Hold the client relationship directly with US finance and operations leadership, from requirements through delivery and sign-off.

Replaced offline Excel forecasting models with 9 Power BI dashboards spanning AUM, advisor performance and fee revenue. Built custom DAX forecasting measures over a governed semantic layer, giving finance leadership a single governed source of truth for performance reporting.

Cut end-to-end pipeline runtime from ~4h to ~2h and consolidated 7 source systems onto a centralised Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse on OneLake, serving ~200 enterprise users. Migrated 10 DOMO dashboards onto the new platform, eliminating ongoing DOMO licensing spend and consolidating reporting onto one governed estate.

Established the product team's funnel, retention and churn measurement foundation from scratch — one agreed set of definitions product and engineering both worked from. Built behavioural datasets in Azure Databricks (PySpark / SQL) and Power BI; partnered with product and engineering on event tracking and KPI definitions; ran ad-hoc cohort analysis in Python / Pandas.

Led a 4-person analytics team and delivered finance and operational analytics across asset management, corporate travel, healthcare and manufacturing. Owned client-facing requirements gathering, semantic-model design and KPI definition across several parallel engagements.

Delivered 5 enterprise operational dashboards used by ~500 internal users, with row-level security and reporting governance for safe self-service. Rebuilt a manual company-wide award and recognition process natively in Power BI + Power Automate, retiring a third-party document-generation dependency and saving ~$5K/yr in Conga licensing.

Replaced an absent booking process for a 35-person team with a request-driven flow — request submitted, meeting auto-created in Dynamics/SharePoint, Teams invite issued, activity surfaced in Power BI — giving leadership one source of truth for meeting activity.

Cut the month-end reporting cycle by 35% with 7 finance dashboards replacing manual consolidation; integrated US Census APIs to enrich client-segmentation analysis with external benchmarks.

Digitised a manual 7-stage production inspection workflow — 8–10 Power Apps screens, 4 Power Automate flows and Power BI dashboards — cutting paperwork effort ~60% and giving operations real-time inspection visibility.

Delivered the analytics layer of a US/UK banking database-modernisation programme — SSIS pipelines, SQL Server models, SSRS reporting and Power BI. Built scheduled ETL and embedded Power BI reporting supporting downstream analytics across additional client engagements.

Reduced manual reporting and data-prep effort by ~75% by rebuilding the reporting estate during a database-modernisation programme: 10 SSIS pipelines integrating 4 source systems, 28 SSRS reports, 12 Power BI dashboards. Coordinated requirements across US and UK stakeholder groups throughout the rebuild.

Pursued a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from NIIT University, Neemrana, India, from 2017 to 2021.

Earned the Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification in October 2023.
