What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead modern data and analytics platform work, particularly Microsoft Fabric lakehouse modernization, governed self-service BI, resilient data engineering, and AI-enabled analytics, with hybrid or remote flexibility.

I lead Microsoft Fabric delivery at LTM Ltd., migrating an Oracle and Duck Creek reinsurance reporting estate from Alteryx to a Fabric Lakehouse. I designed the domain-aligned Data Mesh, medallion architecture, governance model, and near-real-time Oracle replication into OneLake.

I build resilient data platforms with PySpark, Spark SQL, Direct Lake semantic models, and metadata-driven orchestration. I’ve cut Power BI report load times by over 60%, removed 5–6 days of monthly manual reporting work, and lead a 13-person onshore/offshore delivery team.
