I’m a detail-oriented professional with 3 years of experience in operational support and release management. I bridge the gap between technical teams and project execution by streamlining daily workflows, aligning product, engineering, and QA, and maintaining organized schedules so releases stay on track.

In my role, I independently manage release schedules, facilitate release readiness, and own project documentation—tracking KPIs, managing meeting minutes, and supporting risk identification and post-release reviews to protect environment stability. I’m now seeking to leverage strong coordination and organizational skills in a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager capacity to ensure seamless project delivery, while building my project management foundation through CAPM (in progress).
