I’m a project management professional with 3+ years of experience delivering end-to-end programs across government technology and SaaS environments. In my most recent role as Project Coordinator at ClearTrail Technologies, I coordinated delivery of a $10M government technology program across a 10-member team while aligning work to 3 active SLAs. I also served as Jira Administrator end-to-end, improved client onboarding outcomes for 50+ clients (25% user adoption and retention lift), and used root-cause analysis on incident data to reduce recurring issues and improve platform stability. Before that, I managed 6+ concurrent technology projects (Android, iOS, React, Blockchain), owned capacity planning, and drove sprint execution through planning, daily scrums, and early blocker surfacing.
