What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR opportunity where I can support recruitment, onboarding, employee processes, learning and development, and HR operations while continuing to grow professionally.

I've supported Human Capital operations at the University of Doha for Science and Technology, creating recruiter handbooks, onboarding materials, HR communications, and employee resources.

I researched performance appraisal frameworks and training providers across Qatar, the GCC, and international markets, and contributed proposals and supplier comparisons for the Great Place to Work initiative.

As a CIPD Associate and HR Management graduate, I bring experience in recruitment, documentation, reporting, employee support, and HR administration, alongside strong Excel, communication, and research skills.
