At Google Operations Center, I implemented an FMEA-based risk framework across two innovation workstreams and developed a live dashboard for tracking ownership, mitigation timelines, overdue actions, and critical risks.

I established PMO governance practices across a 60-member cross-location team, standardizing stage-gate reviews, project health checks, RAG reporting, and agile cadences. This reduced ad hoc meetings by approximately 50%.

For an internal data platform, I coordinated agile execution and release governance. I also developed an AI-assisted bug governance dashboard using Canvas Google Sheets and Looker Studio, eliminating manual bug tracking and reporting across two enterprise projects.

Earlier, at IdamTat Technologies, I built an n8n workflow to clean and filter RFQ cost sheet data. At Mu Sigma, I applied analytics across several business domains and developed reporting solutions, dashboards, and predictive and descriptive models.
