At iServeU, I supported the end-to-end delivery of a digital banking platform for money transfers, balance checks, and account services used through banking correspondents and partner banks across India.

I turn ambiguous business needs into BRD, FRD, and PRD documentation, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. My work spans gap, feasibility, functional, and root-cause analysis to support solution design, process improvement, and change control.

As a Project Management Trainee and Scrum Master, I coordinated 6 concurrent banking projects and led 2-week sprint cycles for engineering teams of 8–12 people. I facilitated Agile ceremonies, managed JIRA and Confluence workflows, tracked risks and dependencies, and helped achieve 100% on-time delivery.

I also build SQL and Power BI dashboards for 1–3 lakh monthly transactions, reducing manual reporting time by 25–30%. Through UAT support, compliance testing, defect tracking, and stakeholder coordination, I help deliver reliable RBI-compliant releases.
