At QAAgility Technologies, I manage Microsoft Entra ID IAM and MFA deployments for 140,000 employees, including combined SSPR, FIDO2 registration, Microsoft Authenticator, and passwordless authentication.
I configure enterprise application registrations, SAML/OIDC SSO, SCIM provisioning, Conditional Access, guest access, and Active Directory user lifecycles. I also resolve P1/P2 IAM incidents through ServiceNow, investigate federation issues involving certificates and client secrets, and create KB documentation that helps support teams resolve incidents faster.
Before QAAgility, I spent more than nine years at Concentrix resolving high-tier Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, hybrid identity, ADFS, Exchange Online, DNS, DHCP, and authentication escalations for premier partners.
