What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity with a reputed organization where I can apply my Microsoft Entra ID and IAM experience to lead strategic initiatives, support secure access operations, foster growth and innovation, and continue learning.

I've supported Microsoft Entra ID identity and access operations at Wipro Technologies, handling user lifecycle administration, RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, SSPR, Identity Governance, and enterprise SSO.

I investigate authentication and access issues through sign-in, audit, and provisioning logs, and support hybrid identity using Entra Connect, Password Hash Synchronization, Seamless SSO, and Active Directory synchronization. I've delivered 24×7 production support, resolved incidents within SLA-driven environments, coordinated with L2/L3 teams, and contributed documentation for recurring operational issues.

Following a career break, I've strengthened my IAM capabilities through hands-on Entra ID labs and earned the Microsoft SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator Associate certification.
