What I'm looking for

I’m looking for freelance Uzbek language and AI-training work, such as evaluating and correcting Uzbek text.

At Yandex Market, I handled customer requests about refunds and orders in Uzbek, Russian, and English through chat and phone. I reviewed refund requests and worked with partner companies to resolve disputes.

I handled 150–200 tickets per day while following company guidelines and templates. I also explained solutions clearly to customers.
