I'm building Uzbek-language LLM safety evaluations at Tashkent University of Information Technologies, where I benchmarked four open-weight models on 143 culturally adapted JailbreakBench prompts. My capability-gated metric showed that apparent Cyrillic-script safety was a measurement artifact caused by reduced comprehension, not improved alignment.
I also teach IT and programming, design assessment rubrics, and deliver multilingual feedback in Uzbek, Russian, and English. Through three years of Upwork projects, I've delivered Uzbek localisation, web development, structured data work, graphic design, and Blender assets while working closely to written specifications, deadlines, revision cycles, and quality review.
