I currently help Asmi Innovations & Research replace unstructured workflows across accounting, taxation, and banking, delivering approximately ₹3 lakh in annual cost savings. I also led CRM, billing, and automation implementation that reduced manual errors by approximately 70%.

At Maersk Global Service Center, I managed end-to-end change management for the SAP to S/4HANA migration, from initiation through hypercare. I coordinated global stakeholders, change-impact assessments, training, communications, RACI governance, and Power BI dashboards to support adoption.

Previously, I led 12 transition projects at CITCOLLP and supported GCC setup and scaling in Pune and Hyderabad. At Eaton Technologies, I managed migration of 18 processes from Germany to India, delivered Lean Six Sigma improvements worth USD 10,000, and created time-saving solutions that saved 12,000 hours annually.

I'm focused on building scalable operating models through structured execution, stakeholder alignment, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
