What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote or global roles where I can lead HR transformation, process redesign, technology implementation, and cross-border M&A integration with diverse stakeholders.

I've led HR transformation, process redesign, and M&A integration at HCL Technologies across 60+ countries and workforces of more than 200,000 employees.

I translate complex stakeholder requirements into transition roadmaps, scalable systems, and compliant operating processes. My work includes managing an HR transition of approximately 500 employees across Europe with 100% TUPE/ARD compliance and uninterrupted Day-1 operations.

I designed a global headcount validation platform for 150,000+ employees, built real-time absenteeism reporting and alerts, and led offboarding-process redesign across 50+ countries through Project Transcend.

Earlier at Infosys, I delivered business analysis and process transformation for European telecommunications clients and managed third-party risk and compliance for a U.S. financial institution. I enjoy bringing HR, IT, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders together to make large-scale change practical and sustainable.
