What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead sales, marketing, operations, or business development work where I can grow pharmaceutical brands, guide field teams, strengthen customer and distributor relationships, and improve market performance.

I've grown pharmaceutical brands at Vijayadeep Laboratories Ltd., progressing from Market Analyst to Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Operation Manager/Marketing Head across Nepal.

I set sales targets, trained and guided field teams, monitored performance, and built relationships with customers, distributors, doctors, brokers, suppliers, and associates. I also managed brand positioning and promotions, gathered market research and customer feedback, prepared budgets and sales reports, and supported new product development.

My pharmacy background includes a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Kathmandu University and an internship at Qmed Formulation Pvt. Ltd., covering pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, quality control, quality assurance, documentation, laboratory equipment, storage, quarantine, and inventory control.

I've also taught mathematics and optional mathematics, organized health initiatives, and was recognized as Business Development Manager of the Year.
