I’m a software engineer focused on application reliability—using REST API validation, troubleshooting, and incident management to keep production services healthy. At TCS (Bank of Montreal), I supported backend functionality by validating API responses and streamlining operational workflows with tools like Postman.

I improved production visibility and response speed by streamlining CloudWatch monitoring dashboards for 15+ performance and availability metrics, cutting mean time to detect (MTTD) incidents by 40%. I also migrated 5+ on-premises applications to AWS, coordinating cutovers to minimize downtime, while managing Linux-based servers for patching, access control, and troubleshooting.

I bring a strong automation mindset and data capability, performing SQL-based application-level analysis to validate system behavior in core banking environments and supporting end-to-end release cycles with QA and UAT. My projects—like an Apache Airflow ETL pipeline and an API-driven support/incident system—reflect my interest in scalable product development and system reliability.
