I've owned backend systems from API and service design through production operations across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, and CI/CD. At HP, I defined SLIs and SLOs for incident response, drove a 99% response rate within a two-day SLA, and led a six-person engineering team across the US, India, and Mexico.

I'm also building Tribesence, where I architected FastAPI services for a production RAG pipeline with Qdrant vector search, MMR diversification, Cohere reranking, and secured AWS infrastructure.
