I design portfolio-specific journeys from Pre-Due through Write-off, using dialer optimisation, Voice Bot strategy, segmentation, analytics, and GenAI-enabled workflows.
Previously at SaveIN, I led Collections, Risk, and Operations across DPD 1 through Write-off, implemented Collections CRM, and built omni-channel collection journeys and performance frameworks. At Simpl, I delivered 98%+ collection performance for Prime users while leading a 100+ member operations team.
I’ve also led customer retention, customer experience, banking collections, renewals, process development, and team capability building across Rentomojo, Max Life Insurance, and Aviva Life Insurance.
