At AGENCY09, I govern an enterprise transformation portfolio worth ₹11.5 crore+ and lead a 13-member cross-functional team. I oversee budgets, forecasting, program governance, and delivery across automotive, BFSI, healthcare, and FMCG.

My anchor engagement was Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles’ multi-workstream transformation across nine interconnected platforms. I led the digital separation of the CV business during its corporate demerger, with zero downtime, regulatory continuity, and go-live synchronized to the market announcement.

I also designed A09 Flow, an internal task and job management platform that replaced WhatsApp-based coordination, and introduced AI-powered audit workflows. I spearheaded DaftarHR, AGENCY09’s in-house HR SaaS platform, from concept to MVP launch, owning its roadmap, prioritization, and go-to-market.

Earlier at AGENCY09, I delivered digital initiatives across sectors, including the Tata Motors ACE PRO launch platform and a 6,000+ page BITS Pilani platform overhaul. I hold PMP® and CSM® certifications and work across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
